3 Lovely gites, La Glycine for up to 5, Le Chevrefeuille for 4 and Le Camelia for 6 set in a rural location but only minutes from a small thriving town with all its aminities. Guemene Penfao has it all, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, cafés, banks, petrol station and more. On the river Don where the tourist office organises canoeing trips, it's a delightful place for cycling, walks, horse riding (forest paths nearby) and chilling out.

The gites are all fully equipped with everything (plus some) needed for a great self catering holiday including fast speed internet connection 24/7, Sat free to view UK chanels, bedding, towels (if requested), DVD & book libraries, toys and games, log burners, great ambiance and lots of original features of the originals building.

Each gite has 2 bedrooms(a double & a twin) and 2 bathrooms which are ensuite in La Glcyine & Le Chevrefeuille but independant in Le Camelia which also has a sofa bed, a spacious open plan living/dining/kitchen room, a private patio with own picnic table, parasol, garden chairs, loungers and BBQ.

Set in a huge shared garden with flower borders, boules pitch, children's play house and swings, table tennis and swing seat as well as off road parking.

A great location for individual holidays or family get togethers where you can have your space but enjoy the others company by renting 2 or 3 gites. Everything is included in our rates except food, drinks and personal toiletries so there's no need to rush out on arrival for those essentials like tea bags or loo rolls as we include a started pack of basics and all the cleaning products you're likely to need.

Within an hours drive you can explore the glorious beaches of La Baule and Pornichet, the Cote Sauvages with its lovely rocky coves and fishing villages, the beautiful walled city of Guerande, the delightful cobbled streets of Rochfort en Terre; the walks along the Nantes-Brest canal, the histroic cities of St Nazaire, Redon, Rennes & Nantes, the amazing car museum in Loheac, the megaliths of St Just, the artisans and annual photographic exhibition in La Gacilly. Also the wetlands and bird sanctuaries of La Briere, the annual WIld West show in Bains-de-Bretagne and the glorious sound & light show in Martigne Ferchaud as well as the Nantaise Muscadet vineyards.

A little further but do-able for day trips are Vannes and the Golf de Morbihan, Puy de Fou, Terra Botanica, Angers, Ancenis and Vitré and much much more. Far too much to take in in just a week - better book 2 and have time to relax in between days out.
