This is a lovely 2 storey family house within walking distance to Fishguard Town centre and Goodwick beach.

The accommodation which is located at the end of a cul-de-sac comprises of double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and 2 twin bedrooms with the use of a shower room.

There is a large kitchen area, living dining area and small sun room. The outside space at the rear of the property is enclosed making it ideal for having BBQ's and a safe area for pets.

It is also close to pembrokeshire costal paths. Fishguard is within 20 miles of St Davids the smallest City. Haverfordwest the main town in this Pembrokeshire area is 18miles away.

The modern Leisure Centre is approx 100yds from the house with a 25 meter pool, Techno Gym and Dance studio
