Situated in the delightful historic village of St Florence, Cartwrights Cottage is truly in the heart of the lovely Pembrokeshire countryside. It is located in the grounds of the Ivy Tower Village which consists of a group of privately owned cottages with excellent facilities making it a great cottage for families, whatever the season.

The cottage offers visitors the use of an indoor heated swimming pool, a sauna, a small fully equipped gym, communal WiFi access, a tennis court and an outdoor play area for children. The grounds provide two barbecue areas, picnic benches, a crazy golf course and a green space for children to play. Plenty of car parking is also provided.

This four star self contained cottage is a fully furnished and sleeps five guests in 3 bedrooms making it perfect for families and couples alike.

The property is just a short distance from the centre of St Florence with its two friendly pubs and a well stocked village shop. Not far away, is Tenby with its many pubs, restaurants and award winning beaches with many more being only a short distance to the West. Two of the area's most popular attractions are Manor House Wildlife Park and Heatherton Activity Theme Park which are both only about 500 yds away.

ACCOMMODATION
Cartwrights Cottage consists of a hall, an open plan living space with conservatory/dining and comfortable lounge opening up on to a roomy fitted kitchen with views across the village green. There is also a bathroom/WC on the ground floor.

Stairs lead from the lounge to 3 cosy bedrooms - one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and small single bedroom. All have been thoughtfully decorated and colour co-ordinated.

Facilities include an electric oven and ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tv/freeview, dvd/video player, music system, electric overhead shower, heated towel warmer with two bathrobes and towels also provided.

Heating is provided by electric “flicker flame” fire and electric wall heaters. The cost of electricity is included in the cost of your holiday.

A cot and baby equipment can be provided free of charge if previously requested.
