19 New Lawn is a brand new holiday lodge, situated on the Erigmore Estate in Birnam & Dunkeld in highland Perthshire. It has 2 bedrooms1 double with en suite toilet and 1 twin (this is most suited to children or small adults!), double shower and toilet room, kitchen area with fridge/freezer, microwave, gas hob& oven, lounge area with flat screen tv,dvd &cd player with patio doors leading out to decking area surronding the whole lodge, with chairs and table, plus barbecue area and patio at side of lodge.
Linen is included but we ask you to bring your own towels and tea towels.
Gas central heating and own parking space with fantastic views of the Perthshire hills. The estate facilties for you to enjoy include heated indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, 2 playparks, laundrette. There is also a great resturant and bar serving good food and entertainment on most weekends during the summer. Walks by the River Tay and surrounding countryside. Mountains and views to die for!
