119 The Glade is a brand new luxury holiday lodge,2013 situated on the Erigmore Estate in Birnam & Dunkeld in highland Perthshire.

It has 2 bedrooms1 double with en suite bathroom and Flat screen tv and 1 twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and flat screen tv., Luxury, kitchen area with fridge/freezer, microwave, gas hob& oven, Dishwasher lounge area with flat screen tv Blue ray,dvd &cd player with patio doors leading out to decking area surronding the whole lodge, with chairs and table, plus barbecue area and patio at side of lodge.

Linen is included but we ask you to bring your own towels and tea towels.

Gas central heating and own parking space with fantastic views of the Perthshire hills.

The estate facilties for you to enjoy include heated indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, 2 playparks, laundrette.

There is also a great resturant and bar serving good food and entertainment on most weekends during the summer.

Walks by the River Tay and surrounding countryside. Mountains and views to die for!
