Set in the splendour of the Barle Valley, Simonsbath is in the heart of what the locals refer to as Exmoor Proper

The Cottages are converted from the old woolchamber and are centrally heated with fully fitted kitchens. Towels and linen are provided and the property is ideally situated to explore Exmoor's moorland, wooded valleys and dramatic coastline - alternatively the surfing beaches of Croyde Saunton and Woolacombe are only a short drive away.

There are many great walks from Simonsbath, notably down the River Barle and north through Ashcombe onto the high moor, overlooking the magnificent Exmoor coastline.
