Riscombe Farm lies in a peaceful location beside the River Exe in the centre of Exmoor National Park, only 10 minutes drive from the spectacular coast. Leone & Brian Martin would like to welcome you to our four attractive stone cottages - all comfortable and well-equipped with 4 Star grading. They are set on two sides of a court yard, opposite stabling and a games room and laundry/drying room. There is ample, off-road parking outside the cottages. There is WiFi available in all four cottages. River frontage, woodland and ponies, sheep, lambs, goats, chickens, ducks and more!

Dogs are welcome and stabling is available if you want to bring your own horse(s).

Gorse Cottage: Sleeps up to 2 people. One double bedroom upstairs with a separate bathroom with a bath and shower. Downstairs is a cosy living/dining/kitchen, and a porch leads to the yard.

Fern Cottage: Sleeps up to 4 people in two bedrooms. All on one level with no steps. One double bedroom and one twin. Large living dining room. Bathroom with a bath and a separate shower. Well equipped kitchen. Attached garden looking down to the River. Log fire (wood burning stove).

Bracken Cottage: Sleeps up to 5 people in two bedrooms. Upside down design. Downstairs - one double bedroom and one with three single beds, plus a bathroom with a bath and separate shower. Upstairs - large living/dining room under the beams plus well-equipped kitchen. Log fire (wood burning stove).

Heather Cottage: Sleeps up to 6 people in three bedrooms. Upside down design. Downstairs - one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. Upstairs - large living/dining room under the beams plus well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a bath and separate shower. Attached garden looking down to the River. Log fire (wood burning stove).

Price Information:

Low Season: £180 to £335 per cottage per week.
High Season: £295 to £650 per cottage per week.
Short Breaks often available for £25 per person per night.
