Pricing basis: full weeks in high season, full weeks, short breaks & long weekends the rest of the year.

Prices inclusive of bed linens, towels, all utilities, woodburning stoves with logs, indoor heated swimming pool, pool towels.

The stone cottages have a clean uncluttered style, new beds, classic bathrooms, stylish sitting rooms and superb fitted kitchens. Relax indoors with leather sofas, flat screen TVs, new Rest Assured divan beds. Enjoy time outdoors on benches in quiet corners of the garden, terraces with new garden furniture, large fenced playfield. Swim in our stunning pool, just refurbished with granite floors, underfloor heating, soft lighting and heated to 29.5 degrees throughout the year.

A short walk to the village and Salcombe estuary, close to beautiful beaches, visit nearby Dartmouth, Salcombe, Totnes, Dartmoor.

In addition to the self-catering cottages, we can help you to arrange additional services such as babysitting, grocery shopping, catering etc. with local suppliers. We help guests with arrangements for special celebrations, advise on places to eat and visit and make sure they don't miss our lovely local baker, farm shop, organic beach cafe etc.
