A beautiful Lutyens designed three bedroomed house close to Tavistock, in the small village of Milton Abbot. The village has a pub, shop and post office.
The house has a downstairs shower room and upstairs family bathroom. There are two double bedrooms and one single with bunkbeds.
The kitchen and dining room are well equipped with electric cooker, fridge and microwave and the lounge has television, dvd, radio and stereo.
There is a large rear garden and to the front there are lovely views over St Constantine church.
Travel cots and highchairs by seperate negotiation.
This cottage adjoins the owners home who is happy to help in any way.
The historic town of Tavistock is 6 miles away and Launceston is 7 Miles away. The house is ideally situates for Dartmoor, the Tamar Valley, North Cornish Coast and there is an abundance of local attractions within easy reach. There are plenty of public houses within a short distance.
