Swallow Barn is a luxurious conversion of a grade II listed barn, in the courtyard of the main house, whose origins date back to the 12th century.

It has a completely private entrance and walled courtyard. The inside has been finished to a high standard. Oak has been used thoughout to complement the original beams.

The barn has heating and a wood burning stove with plenty of logs provided.

The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine. There is a downstairs cloakroom.
Flat screen TV and DVD player in both sitting room and Bedroom.
The airy bedroom has a 6ft bed.

Well behaved dogs by agreement.

Exposed oak beams amd pure wool carpeting.

The spacious bathroom has exposed beams,a large bath with shower and heated towel rail.

Swallow barn borders the Sydenham Estate and directly from the barn you can access miles of footpaths in every direction.

Exeter and Plymouth are approx 35 minutes away as is the North Coast.

Lewtrenchard Manor and its gourmet restaurant is close by as is the famous gastro pub The Harris Arms. There many National Trust properties within easy reach.
