Watersedge is a Luxury cabin with everything to make your stay a relaxing and memorable holiday.

Water's Edge is a newly built timber-framed boat house with a contempary Scandi modern interior with a large glazed open plan living area with Jutol woodburning stove.

The cabin sleeps 6 +1 small child, 1Bathroom and a separate WC. Sky tv in all rooms with 4 flat screen tvs with dvds.

The cabin has 3 double rooms, 2 rooms with lake views and patio doors on to a large balcony. The 3rd double bedroom has a triple sleeper bunk bed with a double bed under the single, single has resticted head height suitable for small children only.

All bedding is included with hand towels (only).
Logs at cost, first basket free of charge, in winter.
Electric and LPG gas included in the price.
Boats free of charge. deposit required
£100 security deposit (cash) required by all guests.
Pets by arrangement only no big dogs (see website).

The aluminium pod, chair on the balcony is ideal to plug in your ipod or to read a book or just chill and enjoy the splender of the lake.

The cabin has fridge and freezer and 2 beer fridges; one in the bar, dishwasher, washer dryer, jacuzzi bath and shower in the bathroom.

The Boat house adjoins the beautiful Rudyard Lake (180 acre lake) with the rights of fishing and boating, ( non powercraft) only. You will spend as much time outdoors as indoors, with the option of chilling out in one of the the hot tubs or canoeing or kayaking on the lake.

Outside was designed for fun with good gated access to the lake for fishing and boating and a covered veranda with a bar and BBQ area ( gas BBQ), pool table and darts board.

The garden is fenced and safe for children with private parking for up to 4 cars, off a single track private road.

Water's Edge is a great alternative holiday with loads to do and see. Alton towers is only 20 minutes away and the M6 and M1 30 minutes away.

Most Guests choose to stay at Water's Edge as it has it all and you will save money as theres no need to go anywhere else. Picnics in the rowing boat or a trip to the pub or cafe by boat are a must .

Rudyard Lake is a very romantic place; ideal for honeymoons and voted in the top 10 most romantic places in England, ideal for couples and families.

The Lake has a tree lined path all the way round the lake (5.5 miles) with its own minature railway on one side.

Leek is a small market town with good shops and pubs and different places to eat with the Peak District on your doorstep (see our website for more details).

We have 5 boats available for use on the Lake with a safety lesson available from the owner (Life Jackets also available).

Canadian 3 man canoe, 2 2/3 man kayaks open top, 1 single open top kayak, and 1 aluminium fishing boat are available. Please arrange with the owner. for full info etc etc
