Whether you are looking for a romantic break or just that special holiday-take the opportunity to unwind in high quality accomodation in the tranquil surroundings of a Victorian rectory. Situated on the Suffolk/Norfolk border, the property lies in grounds of almost seven acres- and is surrounded by farmland on three sides, the grounds are a haven for wildlife. Well behaved dogs are welcome-No extra charge for dogs - they even get their own Welcome Bowl !

Our four newly converted one bedroom holiday homes have been decorated and furnished to a very high standard, whilst retaining period features where possible.

The village pub is a short stroll away, whilst the market town of Bungay offers a good range of shops. Norwich with it's excellent cultural and shopping facilities is 19 miles away. Also enjoy Southwold and The Heritage Coast. Ideal base for walking, cycling, bird watching and fishing. There are many excellent gardens in the area for the garden lover. There is also a local brewery and an aircraft museum within walking distance of The Old Rectory

Prices vary from £280 to £470 a week and Include a Welcome Basket of local produce, electricity, heating, bed linen, two towels per guest and sundries i.e. washing up liquid, dishwasher powder, bin liners etc, are all included
