BRAUNSTON MILL

Braunston Mill is located in the Heart of England and situated in the lovely historic village of Braunston. The village is the point at which the Grand Union and Oxford Canals meet and Braunston Mill must be the most photographed building in the area. Recently featured in The Guardian Travel section and BBC Good Homes - The Mill will sleep 6 guests comfortably in 3 double bedrooms over 6 floors.

There is a main entrance hall with reading area and a w/c and utility area with washing machine.
On the first floor is a kitchen including a stainless steel American fridge freezer, a cooking centre including a large induction hob with separate oven, combi microwave oven and a separate steam oven and a large table seating 8.

On the second floor is a large lounge with two new large 3 seat contemporary sofas, a 2 seater swivel love chair and a single chair, a 50″ Pioneer Plasma TV and music system.
On the third floor is a bathroom with a 1.5 metre round whirpool bath, and for 2011 a NEW fanstic round glass steam shower with multi-jet massage. Across the hall is a double bedroom with a fantastic 6' 3" ROUND BED with an on-suite shower bathroom.
The fourth floor has a king size double bedroom fitted with a contemporary floating 3 ft wash basin and a separate wc.
The fifth floor consists of two levels. On the lower level is a freestanding double ended bath with a ceramic and chrome wash basin. Up a small flight of stairs to the next level seperated by a glass and stainless steel balcony is the bedroom area with a 5ft four poster bed.
All bedrooms have for 2011 new soft furnishings.
ALL BEDROOMS ARE PRIVATE

There is also a private garden with outdoor seating and gas barbeque. The private 6 seater hot tub is available for your stay with a small charge of £10 per use to cover the cost of running. This is not shared with anyone.

The village has 4 public houses a small supermarket a butchers a tea shop and a fish and chip shop. Great fun is breakfast on a canal barge.
