Single holiday let sleeping up to 14 guests

An archiitect designed house with 3.5 acres of grounds, with ample parking for all our guests off a quiet road. With 7 bedrooms all with their own bathrooms sleeping up to 14 guests. It is all designed up to a very high specification. The house has polished oak and limestone flooring throughout tiwht underfloor central heating.

The kitchen is modern and well equipped with granite surfaces. The sitting room 7 x 12 metres is a wonderfully sunny room with open fireplace and doors out onto the decking. The dining table takes 14 comfortably and is ideal for long lunches, dinners etc., outside there are plenty of tables and chairs to enjoy barbeques and outside activities.

The seven bedrooms have either double or twin beds all with their own bathrooms. The master bedroom has a dressing room and 2 sofas for relaxation. Most of the bedrooms have their own televisions. The services include bed linen and towels and catering if required.
The house is on 3 floors with a glass atrium. The house is well suited for large family gatherings and any form of celebration.
