Located in the quiet village of Sidlesham 5 miles from the historic City of Chichester, this is the perfect location to explore the wonderful town and surroundings including Pagham Harbour Nature Reserve, Witterings Beaches, Chichester Marina, Goodwood, Chichester City and Cathedral and much more.

We have a NO PETS policy so the house is also allergy free.

The bedrooms / beds are arranged as follows: master bedroom - kingsize; second bedroom either twin or super-kingsize; third bedroom - full size bunk beds. Fine for adults or children. Downstairs - kingsize bed next to toilet or second lounge / snug - ideal for those who want more peace!

Facilities include:
There is a TV and DVD player with a moderate selection of DVD's for all ages / tastes! There is a well laid out kitchen with plenty of room to make delicious meals and lots of equipment too. Microwave, washing machine, fridge and freezer are all in the kitchen.

The separate dining room and a separate lounge also mean that you have room to spread out in too! Relax in the pleasant garden or snuggle up in the lounge with good central heating in the winter and look out at the garden and wildlife.

There is a lockable shed for drying outdoor clothes, boot and bicycle storage, plus outdoor games. Detailed house handbook gives information about the local area, events plus tourist information, OS maps, books for kids, walking guidebooks etc. Some indoor games, packs of cards, selection of reading and recipe books...

Chichester offers a wide range of restaurants to suit every budget, food options and atmosphere – British, Chinese, Indian, Thai, up-market restaurants or relaxed and friendly local pubs serving home-cooked food. Your choice!

We can even organise an organic veg box delivery for you, and of course you can organise a Tesco or Ocado delivery to the house just before your stay if that is easier. We can have chilled champagne, chocolates, flowers etc waiting for you if you wish.

We could even organise a personal, professional cook to prepare and create the menu of your choice “at home” so all that hassle has gone if you want to "dine in".
