The bedrooms / beds are arranged as follows:
* master bedroom - kingsize;
* second bedroom either twin or Queensize;
* third bedroom - full size bunk beds - Fine for adults or children.
* Downstairs - kingsize bed next to toilet or second lounge / snug - ideal for those who want more peace or who have limited access - wheelchair access incl bathroom!!

Plus full disabled access bathroom and shower with the sauna and another separate toilet (3 in total).

Facilities include:
Fantastic luxury sauna for 6-7 people and a luxury all-cedar hot tub barrel for 7-8 people outside - BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS FOR USE WITH THE SAUNA AND HOT TUB or when you go to the beach. Thank you.
Large patios to catch both morning and evening sun. Ample patio furniture and gas BBQ.

There is a TV and DVD player - please bring your own DVD's as we do not have a Public Licence for these!

There is a well laid out kitchen with plenty of room to make delicious meals and lots of equipment too. Microwave, washing machine, fridge and freezer are all in the kitchen.

The separate dining room and a separate lounge also mean that you have room to spread out in too! Relax in the pleasant garden or snuggle up in the lounge with good central heating in the winter and look out at the garden and wildlife or take a dip in the hot tub whilst its cold all about you - sheer decadence!

There is a lockable shed for drying outdoor clothes, boot and bicycle storage, plus outdoor games.

Detailed house handbook gives information about the local area, events plus tourist information, OS maps, books for kids, walking guidebooks etc. Some indoor games, packs of cards, selection of reading and recipe books...

Chichester offers a wide range of restaurants to suit every budget, food options and atmosphere – British, Chinese, Indian, Thai, up-market restaurants or relaxed and friendly local pubs serving home-cooked food. Your choice!

We can arrange for a professional chef to come in and cook a meal for you, so you can just relax, unwind and enjoy good foos, good company and good wine with no worries! Perfect for a special occasion or just for no hassle!

We can even organise an organic locally grown, veg box delivery for you, and of course you can organise a Tesco or Ocado delivery to the house just before your stay if that is easier. We can have chilled champagne, chocolates, flowers etc waiting for you if you wish.
