Brooklands offers luxury barn self catering accommodation, in a rural setting, just under a mile from Arundel town centre, with stunning panoramic views of Arundel Castle, and with the use of a private indoor swimming pool.

We can cater from a group of 2 (1 bedroom apartment), up to 12 people, so whatever your looking for we can provide the perfect accommodation.

Our accommodation is ground floor, spacious and contemporary, offering a relaxing and unique holiday.

We have 6 bedrooms in two 3 bedroom self contained barn style ground floor cottages around an internal sunny courtyard with seating area, and large private gardens with a paddock for outdoor games and bbq.

The communal living area in Jamestone has dining for 12 and a spacious lounge area, with vaulted beamed ceiling, and there is a large fully fitted kitchen with modern appliances, including washing machine, dishwasher, two fridges, hob.

The bedrooms - we have 1 king, 4 superking/twins and 1 family room with 2 kings. All bedrooms are very spacious and have their own TV, and there are five bathrooms in total. There are also two sofa beds, one in each of the lounge areas. All of the accommodation has underfloor heating.

Our guests find that having the accommodation in two separate units gives more space and privacy for families/friends and you have the benefit of two kitchen/lounges and a beautiful courtyard.

Your stay includes private use of the indoor heated swimming pool onsite, private gardens with far reaching views, for you to enjoy and private parking.

Brooklands is just under a mile from the historic town of Arundel, with its magnificent Castle open to the public between Easter and the end of October. The castle and the Arundel cathedral can be seen from the courtyard of Brooklands. Arundel is also famous for the Wetland Centre and Swanbourne Lake. Boat trips can be taken from Arundel down to Littlehampton beach.

We are surrounded by the South Downs, great for walking, mountain biking. We can arrange guided walks for your group. Walking into Arundel takes about 15 minutes.
We are only a few miles from the coastline, Climping beach is the nearest beach.
Littlehampton (attraction - East Beach Cafe) is only 10 minutes drive and is great for families.
Chichester is only 10 miles away, and boasts a beautiful harbour, theatre, entertainment centre
