The cottage is mid-terrace and is on a small one way road at the end of North Street which is very close to all the popular shops, pubs, restaurants. Also nearby and within easy walking distance is the famous Minerva Theatre and the magnificent cathedral.

The cottage has two bedrooms making it ideal for 2 to 5 guests and is available for short or long term letting.

This classic cottage property features original exposed oak beams and gas central heating with radiators in every room.

On the ground floor is a sitting room with wood-burning stove, a large leather sofa, TV/DVD player with Freeview and a selection of board games and DVDs.

The fully fitted kitchen/diner includes an electric oven with gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and washer/dryer. There is also a radio/CD player, iron & ironing board and plenty of crockery and cooking utensils. All cleaning materials are provided.

The bathroom is situated on the first floor. There is a shower over the bath and we provide towels, toilet rolls and a small selection of toiletries.

Also on the first floor is the first bedroom with a double bed, chest of drawers, shelves and built-in wardrobes. We also provide a digital radio, hair dryer and all duvets, pillows and bedlinen.

On the top floor of the cottage is another family sized bedroom which is to be found in the eaves. This pretty beamed room has a double bed and a futon which can be used for seating or as an extra double bed. Also in this room are wicker storage baskets, a chest of drawers, table and chairs and hooks for hanging clothes.

Overall the cottage is spread over three floors and the staircase is fairly steep and short and although it has a handrail it may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.

Outside is a miniature courtyard, facing south with a small table and two chairs.

Parking is available off-street just a few metres away which is free after 5.30pm and the main Chichester Northgate car park with secure 24hr parking is less than 5 minutes walk away.

We do not have broadband in the cottage but there is a cafe and hotel nearby which both have free internet access.

Some basic provisions will include tea, coffee,marmalde ,bread/croissants , milk and biscuits/chocolates. All linen, towels and guest toiletries are provided.
