We will not advertise properties on behalf of accommodation agencies unless ALL properties represented by that agency are separately advertised on Last Minute Cottages.
If an agency advertises with us we will routinely check the agency website as to the number of properties on their books and we would expect to be informed if any new properties are added.
Properties must be listed using the name of the property - no reference to the agency name.
Our biggest concern is protecting our private advertisers and we feel that it is unfair to them for agencies to advertise what could be numerous properties through a single advertisement on Last Minute Cottages.
If all criteria are met then we will provide a link back to the agencies website.
As with all our other advertisers the cost of advertising the first single property will be £132 and all remaining properties will be at a cost of £99.00 (25% discount) each.
