The Homestead was built around 1730, its rustic flint exterior has changed very little in that time. On Wednesday and Sunday evenings you can hear the weekly practice of the Southrepps Church bell ringers. Take a walk to the Southrepps Nature Reserve or walk the Coastal walk from the Paston Way.
        

Burrs is a 3 bedroomed detached chalet house situated just past Frinton Gates within easy access of the shops, seafront, bus and rail services. Self-catering all year round. Short breaks available. The house benefits from a large enclosed garden, double glazing and gas central heating.

        

A beautiful building dating back to medieval times, the wooden framed building has been extended and given a brick exterior but retains the character one would expect from a building of its time. Although the cottage is next to the farmhouse, we believe you will enjoy privacy, peace and quiet.

  

Bird Cottage dates back to the 1600's and is located just 2 minutes walk from the village pub and shop and 10 minutes walk to the huge pebbled beach. It has a wonderful quaint feel but its contemporary furnishings compliment it perfectly.

     

The mill was built in 1824 as a working grain mill but is now fully fitted as a modern dwelling, sleeping up to 4 people. It is rented out weekly and is positioned in the centre of the Norfolk Broads making it ideal for families and couples. There are many activities in the area within easy reach.

  

White Cottage offers a rare opportunity for a quiet secluded holiday. Ideal as much for the retired couple as families with children, its large garden and the surrounding Suffolk heathland provide a wide peaceful outlook and plenty of exciting areas for older children to explore.

  

The Old Rectory offers the opportunity for that special holiday- relax in the tranquil surroundings of a Victorian rectory or enjoy activities close-by. Situated on the Suffolk/Norfolk border, the property lies in grounds of almost seven acres -with farmland on three sides. Dogs welcome
