Derwent Lea sleeps up to 12 and is bordered by a lovely safe garden. The lounge has awonderful view and is comfortably furnished with a coal fire, colour television and video. The fitted kitchen is well equipped, with built-in electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer.

Set in the beautiful Duddon Valley, backing onto woodland with superb views across the valley towards the fells. The area has some of the finest fell walking right from the doorstep.

     

Potter's Barn is situated on the edge of Gosforth, a pleasant village in the Lake District National Park laying between the hills and the sea in the west of Cumbria, which often has a much warmer and drier climate than the rest of the Lake District.
