(all prices are subject to VAT)
We aim to provide a marketing service with value and ease of use. Potentially reaching out to millions of clients worldwide, LMC provides you with access to business over and above that which would normally be available. If you have spare availability this is the place to advertise it! Our primary concern is that both the provider and user of holiday accommodation listed on this site has value for money. We think you will find our reasonable charges excellent value.
One listing for 1 - 2 properties (including 7 photos) - £110.00
One listing for 3 - 4 properties (including 7 photos) - £150.00
One listing for 5 - 10 properties (including 7 photos) - £190.00
One listing for 10 properties or more (including 7 photos) - £250.00
3 Extra Photographs - £15.00
If your property sleeps 8 or more people - get an additional listing on our sister site Big Cottages for just £49.00
An additional listing on The Hen House (our site catering for the higher end of the hen party market) for just £36.00
We can offer a second advertisement @ 25% discount.

What you charge is what you achieve!
If you own more than one property, providing they are all on one site, one multiple advertisement will suffice. If they are in different locations then more than one advertisement will be required.
If you would like to advertise just one property and you own multiple properties we can do this but we cannot place a link through to your website if the site features your other properties.

We have recently added French properties to our site and for the first year we are offering advertising at a special rate.

Terms and Conditions
Payment must be made within 14 days of invoice.
We do not routinely charge a set up fee but in the event of your advertisement being removed from the site due to late payment you will be charged a set up fee of £35 for a single re-instatement.
LMC reserves the right to alter prices without notice. Prices will be published on this page or are available by email upon request. It is not our policy to increase prices within any one calendar year.
LMC has no responsibility for breaches of trust between accommodation providers and users nor for any misleading advertising content supplied by the accommodation providers. Ensure your details are correct and check upon publication.
We believe the various terms specified on this web site to be reasonable and fair for all. In the event of any advertisers breaching these terms we reserve the right to cancel membership and advertisements immediately without notice or refund.
Refunds
There may be circumstances where a refund is deemed necessary - e.g. technical problems where the customer is not getting the service they believed they signed up for or fraudulent use of a card. Please note that where people have advertised in contravention of our terms as described on this page, a processing charge will be deducted from the refund.
