Loved the location and the cottage was spotlessly clean when we arrived. We also loved the walk to Martham broad every morning where our border collie could have a little swim. Great footpath almost outside the door. Marsh harriers and a barn owl seen most days. Loved being next to a farm and seeing the cows just outside.

The cottage was lovely in a great location. The cottage is really well equipped and very comfortable and very clean. Lots of wildlife to see and good walks from the cottage. The tv reception wasn’t at all good and while we were staying there the owner did replace the tv with a more up to date one which was a great improvement. We had excellent weather so there was lots to do. Not sure what it would have been like if it was raining all the time. Two bathrooms with showers and one with a bath as well and very clean.
