Stunning location right on the beach, oystercatchers and ringed plovers nesting right outside the backdoor. Lovely patio/garden area full of flowers. Short walk to the RSPB reserve which has excellent hides. Lots of insects, birds, flowers and shells on the beach. Good fish and chips around the corner. Sadly we couldn't try village pubs as with covid restrictions they were all fully booked, but decent food available in Heacham and Hunstanton. Cottage is very comfortable, bright and clean. There is no electric kettle or microwave, presumably because the electricity supply is solar, so cooking all on gas hob, but there is also an Aga. Both showers really good, nice bedrooms. We had a lovely time.

The location of the cottage was great, making it easy to visit several places. Being directly on the beach was a real bonus.
