The property was equipped to a very high standard and was excellent. I don't recall reading of the steepness of the main access to the property. If it was detailed then I certainly don't believe it was specific enough. Someone with less mobility than ourselves would find it very difficult. I am rather disappointed that a telephone message I left on Tuesday was not acknowledged. I called the number on the documentation you provided and left an explanatory voicemail, including my name, telephone number and details of the property we were staying in. To date, I am still awaiting a reply.
