This third floor apartment with lift access is set within the imposing former Victorian Zetland Hotel.  The Zetland Hotel building remains the most prominent feature of Saltburn, taking its name from the Earl of Zetland, who sold the Improvement Company the land on which to develop the town, and there is a sense of grandeur and olden day luxury as you enter this historic building. 

Saltburn boasts a charming promenade and pier as well as a fabulous stretch of beach, and attracts surfers and fishermen alike.  This seaside town is fast becoming a very popular holiday resort with plenty of restaurants and cafés to suit all preferences, and there is always something new happening in the town so there is a great buzz around the place.  There are plenty of traditional pubs, licensed cafés and even a micro pub.  The local inn along the beach . . .
