In a wildlife hotspot surrounded by nature, you'll be at home in your own piece of heaven for your holiday. The lodge boasts an open-plan living space, with everything you need to make the best of your stay here. You can cuddle up on the sofa before the large TV and Bluetooth music system or cook together in the well-equipped kitchen before enjoying a meal at the table. For a fully relaxing experience, the lodge has its own spa room, where you can take time out of your day to enjoy the warm bubbles and hot sauna, the perfect treat for your escape. After your spa-like treatment, you'll find a personal cinema room, ready for your favourite flicks. Dim the lights and let yourself recline and enjoy the action. After all this relaxing, lay your head to rest in the beautiful bedroom with its super king-size bed and stylish fixtures. If you feel like watching the sunset, you'll find the lodge has its own personal sky deck, complete with garden furniture to enjoy a glass of wine or cup of tea in your own slice of the great outdoors. Although only a few miles out of Liskeard, you are surrounded by hills and woodland, a great way to escape city life. Nearby you'll find the local attraction of Golitha Falls and the River Fowey, with diverse landscapes and picture-perfect scenery. If you're a fan of walking and a lover of nature, nearby Bodmin Moor will offer you a fantastic day out, or if you'd prefer a more coastal surrounding, a trip to Looe and Polperro can provide a range of shops and a colourful harbour to enjoy. Guests are welcome to dine at the Old Mill Bar and Restaurant found on our sister site, Stonerush Lakes which just a short drive away. No matter the occasion for your break, 2 Southern Place will ensure you have a fantastic stay.

Dobwalls, a small settlement near Liskeard, Bodmin Moor, and the stunning north and south Cornish beaches, is bordered by farms and woods. The lovely fishing harbours of Looe, Fowey, and Polperro are 15 miles south, while Padstow and the surfing beach at Polzeath are a pleasant drive on the North Coast. Visit Siblyback Lake for sailing, fishing, and watersports or Bodmin Moor for great walking. Plymouth is just a short train ride from Liskeard station and 15 miles from the Eden project.
