Copper Bal Cottage is lovely and cosy with an easy-to-use wood burner which made us feel right at home. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was perfect for visiting nearby towns like Penzance and isn’t too far from other great locations such as Falmouth for shopping or Gwithians beach on the north coast for perfect sunsets! The shop across the road was a life saver when our chocolate craving hit or we needed some milk. And the 20 min walk to Perranuthnoe was beautiful with lots of views worth taking in. Will definitely be visiting again!

Copper Bal Cottage was perfectly placed for our car-free trip to Cornwall. We travelled by train to Penzance and then hopped on the bus to Goldsithney. The cottage is newly decorated and has all of the amenities we wanted during our stay, including a woodburner which we didn’t use during our visit because it was too warm. We used the bus to visit Penzance, Falmouth and the local area, and walked from the cottage to the beach cafe in Perranuthnoe for breakfast a few times. There is a small shop opposite the cottage which is handy, and there are a couple of pubs in the village too. We had a lovely stay in the cottage and can’t wait to visit again.

We spent a wonderful long weekend here in July 2023. This very pretty little cottage is cosy, beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. It has a tranquil, uncluttered feel although its well equipped and the kitchen had everything we needed. There are two good sized bedrooms both with high quality bedding. The private back garden is a lovely space and has a sunny eating area outside the French doors which we used for breakfast. There is a convenient parking space at the back of the property although we also parked outside the house on the street. The village has two good pubs serving meals and there a general shop opposite the cottage. Its an easy short walk to the coast. We particularly like the Peppercorn Cafe where we stopped for coffee and cake. We liked it so much we went back for breakfast the next day! We also did the coastal walk to Marazion for lunch and took the bus back. We’d definitely recommend a stay here and we hope to come back very soon.
