Guests say

The Upper Deck in Penzance, Cornwall, is highly praised for its spaciousness, cleanliness, and well-equipped kitchen. Guests appreciate the comfortable beds, tasteful decoration, and the property's proximity to the beach. The terraced garden and thoughtful touches like local treats are well-received, although some minor issues with maintenance and early morning light are noted.

Guests consistently describe the property as spotlessly clean, with high-quality interiors. There are isolated comments about items needing a clean before use, but these are exceptions in the overall positive feedback.

The location is frequently highlighted as beautiful and convenient, with easy access to the beach and local attractions. The serene setting and proximity to nature trails add to the appeal.

The property is lauded for its comfortable beds and spacious layout. Some guests suggest improvements like blackout curtains for better sleep quality, but overall, the comfort level is rated highly.

Facilities are generally well-regarded, with a well-equipped kitchen and multiple bathrooms. However, there are repeated mentions of the need for maintenance on the decking and outdoor furniture, as well as the cleanliness of the BBQ.

While guests mention welcome touches like milk, apple juice, and biscuits, there is not enough consistent information about such gestures being a standard practice to accurately score this category. Therefore, it is noted that while appreciated, such gifts are not guaranteed.

It's location is excellent for the beech and for walking the costal path. We very much hope to visit it again.

It was everything we needed and more. As a family of 5 we had so much space. We especially enjoyed using the well equipped kitchen and dining areas.
