Throw open the bi-fold doors in summer and cosy up on the sofa, as a fresh sea breeze stirs the air. Cook up a storm in the galley-style kitchen and enjoy romantic meals for two on the terrace. Or dine inside in winter, toes toasty thanks to the underfloor heating, as you listen to the waves crash against the shore. As night falls, wash away the sand and salt in the chic shower room, before climbing up to the cute mezzanine bedroom and snuggling under the covers of your king-size bed. If you need a little extra space, the sofa bed folds out to accommodate one adult or two children under 14.
Enjoy lazy mornings on the beach, swimming, sailing, rowing, paddleboarding and exploring rock pools. Hop on the passenger ferry to Teignmouth to enjoy a traditional British day at the seaside, complete with crazy golf and amusements on the Victorian pier. This is a great destination for walkers with the South West Coast Path passing through town, offering countless opportunities for short and long-distance walks.

The beach hut does just what it says on the tin. It’s well appointed, has everything you need while still giving the feeling of being a beach hut and so is an adventure. Shaldon is a superb location, lots of good eating places, pubs and interesting shops.
