Stroll along beside the marina and on for a dip in the iconic Shoalstone sea water swimming pool. For a swim in the sea, Breakwater Beach and Fishcombe Cove can be reached on foot and a little further away the magnificent beaches of Torbay are perfect for family days out. The parking spaces were an added bonus and communication with the owners was fantastic. We had a wonderful stay and can not recommend this property highly enough.

The property itself was very clean and tidy and it had everything you would need for your stay whether it be a long weekend, a week or even 2 weeks. It had everything you would need regarding utensils for cooking your own food if that was your intention during your stay. The bedrooms and the beds were very clean and comfortable and there was a great view from the front bedroom window and there was even binoculars sitting in the front bedroom to take in the view from the bedroom window. There was a lovely little touch in the dining room of a bottle of wine, which we did leave untouched, and a small box of shortbread biscuits and a small box of fudge, which we did eat. We did hire a car for our visit to Brixham and it was great that we were able to park it in off the road in the parking area at the front of the house. Overall there is absolutely nothing negative we could say about this property as everything was prefect for us and we would certainly stay here again.

All was modern, clean and comfortable and everything had been thought of. The views from the house were second to none! Having your own parking space was great but difficult to get out of when someone parked on the road opposite. Not far to walk into town, but could be difficult walking back for some - we had our daily workout several times a day! We will definitely be back!
