After dining at the breakfast bar for four, settle into the sofa to watch the TV or challenge your friends to a game on the Xbox. Open the bi-fold doors to let the outside in on warmer evenings, and why not finish the day with a relaxing seat in your private, bubbling hot tub? There are two sleek double bedrooms with grey hues to unwind after the day's adventures, whether that's with a good book in hand or your favourite show on the wall-mounted TV. Before heading out, freshen up in the shower room, complete with a heated towel rail and a large, walk-in shower. Directions wrre very clear. Parking was great and directly outside so there was easy access. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, as was the reclining sofa. Paignton pier is only a 5 minute walk away, which was ideal for a nice stroll along the seafront. The kitchen is absolutely gorgous, but the island dominates the Tv/seating area so you have to monuveove around it. The sofa it would've been better had it been an L-shape to fit more people on when its let out to more than 2 people. It was good for us though and we enjoyed our stay. Just a couple of negatives... We were surprised by the lack of cleanliness in the bathroom. There were hairs on the shower floor and on the toilet seat, plus dirt around the edge on the floor outside of the shower. I shouldn't have had to clean it before using. Plus, the hot tub had a scum ring around the edge before we had even used it! The hot tub is over looked by next doors upstairs windows and houses across the road, so I felt a bit on show. An oven glove in the kitchen would be handy for those like myself who like to cook most days. Apart from that we enjoyed our 7 nights and had a peaceful & enjoyable time.

We had a wonderful time 5 minute walk to the sea front 15 minutes to the shops with parking very comfy with a hot tub really enjoyed it would definitely recommend for a couple

.unfortunately this year apartment wasn't as we expected regarding cleanliness. there were areas which was dusty the microwave and cooker front were full of handmarks (not cleaned) .the bathroom floor and lower levels were dirty. Therefore we were not totally satisfied with the accommodation
