Situated on the owner's small farm, home to Dorset sheep, a pedigree Welsh pig and three Huacaya alpacas. The nearby village of Denstone boasts the lovely Award Winning Denstone Hall Farm Shop, selling local artisan produce, also offering a rustic café, serving light bites and drinks with a beauty salon on site. Originally named the Blackbrook Wildlife Park, now known as the Peak Wildlife Park, this wonderful attraction is also within driving distance of the property, with access to a range of exotic and endangered animals and meerkats. Offering so many exciting and thrilling roller coaster rides, you'll struggle to fit them all into one trip! The attractive rural village of Alton lies on the western fringes of the Peak District in lovely moorland countryside, between the market towns of Leek and Ashbourne. The village offers a post office, village shop and pubs serving food. The surrounding countryside is excellent for walking and cycling with miles of woodland trails and moorland hikes to enjoy. Dovedale and the limestone Churnet Valley are on the doorstep and The Manifold Trail is close by.
