It is a small, cosy cottage in a quiet rural location in the heart of the Dales. It is very comfortable and the hosts were friendly and welcoming. The nearest pub is in Litton, a 2.5 mile walk or drive - worth reserving a table for meals.

Great location for walking in the dales. The hosts were friendly and the cottage was spotless. Would definitely stay again. We also had a meal in the pub in the neighbouring village (Queens arms) - great food, friendly and efficient service - recommend booking in advance.
