Great location in a quiet Yorkshire village, views from the garden were wonderful. The welcome guide gave lots of good local information and recommendations. Both beds were comfortable and the cottage was well equipped. It was a nice touch to leave firewood for the two wood burners but as it was warm, we did not need to use them.

This is a lovely little mid terraced cottage in a beautiful small village in the heart of the North York Moors. It was perfect for my wife and I and our puppy. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the lounge was nice and cosy. Glaisdale itself is beautiful with a fabulous local shop and butchers just a 1 min walk up the street. There are plenty of public footpaths around the area and our puppy loved his daily walks. All the locals we met were very friendly and welcoming. Ww rarely return to the same place twice, but if we were looking to come back to the area we would definitely put this cottage on the list!

Lovely, little but enclosed garden, no escape for my dog! Cottage had everything you need - good range of cooking equipment, extra bedding, comfy bed.
