Excellent location within 10 mins walking distance of coppergate and train station. It's also just round the corner from a host of great little cafes and pubs on Bishopthorpe Rd. Both bedrooms were very cosy and comfortable. Had nice bath with both an overhead shower and spray showerhead. The patio was lovely and came in really handy at night. Plenty of tea, coffee and sugar which lasted the three of us for five days. The kitchen was also well equipped in terms of cups, plates, mats and utensils. The large sofa was excellent and left us with plenty of room to enjoy the TV at night. The house in general was extremely well equipped with ironing board, clothes rack etc. in the living room cupboard. Really excellent value for money.
