Unpack with ease into a homely living/dining space where guests can recline in the selection of furniture with a coffee and plan the day ahead of them, or enjoy a hearty meal cooked up in the kitchen, where there is a great range of home-from-home amenities. Follow a hallway decorated with eye-catching purple tartan wallpaper and find a stylish shower room with colourful wallpaper and a walk-in shower for your refreshment. The property houses two lovely double bedrooms, each with homely décor and storage for all of your belongings. Here there is also a snug, a lovely tranquil spot to catch up on a good book. In the warmer months, head outside the graveled area and dine alfresco, enjoying a glass of fizz in the countryside air, or take a dip in the hot tub.     Very comfortable and cosy. Nice hamper to arrive to. Enjoyed cooking on the Aga and the wood fired hot tub after a days mountain biking. So many birds to listen to. Ideal location for Peebles and the surrounding area. Would definitely return when we can.

    Only slight blemish was not enough wod for hot tub apart from that very good indeed would definitely recommend and come again.
