With beamed ceilings, stone fireplaces, two old baking ovens, stable door, and a sun room, Forget-me-not Cottage faces south and stands in its own fenced grounds. Situated alongside a quiet cul-de-sac country lane enjoying beautiful views and surrounded by unspoilt countryside of the Welsh Borders. There are plenty of walks with the Offa’s Dyke footpath and Hergest Ridge close by. Wildlife and attractions nearby including The Water-Break-its-Neck waterfall 3 miles away. The book shops of Hay-on-Wye are 14 miles away and Hergest Croft gardens 5 miles. The Elan Valley Dams, Small Breeds Farm and Spaceguard Centre are also well worth a visit. Ideal for golf. Shops, pubs and restaurants 1.5 miles.

There was a strong smell of dampness in the cottage and was very unpleasant.

This is a beautiful place in a quiet area with only a few houses around and at the back rolling hills and pasture.Plenty of space in this cottage with old world charm with all the comforts needed. You can sit outside on a nice day and just breathe.A bit of a trek to the shops but that's what w wanted and expected in a rural setting. The owners kindly left eggs, elderflower presse, chocs and home-made welsh cakes - Bliss.We'd love to go back again.

We had an amazing stay at Forget Me Not cottage, a very quiet, relaxing environment in the countryside. A lovely homely cottage, we made full use of the garden as we had great weather, but can imagine it being a wonderfully cosy stay on a wintery week too.Our kids all loved it too and we can't wait to visit here again.
