Ideally located in the centre of the quaint village of Crantock, Cornwall, Churchgate Cottage is available for holiday let to families and couples all year round. Situated just 600 yards from the fantastic Crantock Beach (dog friendly) and a stone's throw from village shop / post office and village pubs! Churchgate Cottage is a grade 2 listed property and an ideal base for a fantastic family holiday or a quiet retreat. Many visitors return year on year after experiencing this little gem in such an idyllic spot!

Churchgate Cottage sleeps 4 and comprises an entrance hall, lounge, kitchen diner with stairs up to one double bedroom, one bunk bedroom (2 x full sized single beds) and bathroom with basin, WC and bath/shower. A washing machine is made available in the externally located washroom. Churchgate has a small raised outside patio area complete with bench seating and night lighting.

Lounge: The lounge is fitted with a large corner suite, central Cornish coffee table and equipped with a Digital TV, Blue ray/DVD Player, CD/DAB Radio, and heating via both a log effect fire and automatic radiator.

Kitchen: Kitchen dining area is equipped with electric cooker, fridge freezer, microwave and toaster. A full suite of cutlery, cooking implements and tableware/cooking pans etc... are provided. A dining table complete with 4 chairs is also available.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with a double bed and furniture. Bedroom 2 has full sized single beds as a bunk bed arrangement and furniture.

Bathrooms: Bathroom and WC with bath/Shower and WC toilet

Dedicated off-road parking is available for one car. Additional parking may be available on request. Up to a maximum of 2 well behaved dogs are welcome at an additional charge of £5 per dog per week. Baby cots and high chairs are also available on request (bedding for cots not provided).

Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service: The cottage is cleaned thoroughly prior to your visit. We provide clean bedding for the double and bunk bedrooms inclusive of clean mattress and pillow protectors. Clean kitchen towels and oven gloves are also provided. Subject to availability, we may also be able to offer a mid-stay cleaning service with fresh bedding at additional charge.

The cottage is let on a weekly basis operating on a Saturday to Saturday changeover as standard. Outside of peak season shorter breaks of alternate changeovers are considered so please contact the owner directly to discuss any requirements. The changeover dates are amended annually to accommodate a weekly let covering both the Christmas and New Year periods.
