West Woolley Farm offers a range of award-winning barn conversions just two miles from North Cornwall coastline. Four star rated with some Gold awards, the comfortable cottages preserve the best features of the original farm buildings with raftered ceilings, stone walls and wavy rooflines.

Situated just off the Atlantic Highway (A39) nine miles north of Bude, Woolley is a great base for exploring Cornwall and Devon with Clovelly, Hartland, Appledore, Westward Ho, Bideford, the Big Sheep and RHS Rosemoor all nearby and Padstow, Tintagel, Boscastle, Newquay and the Eden Project all within easy reach for a day out.

The North Cornwall coast offers sandy beaches, secluded coves, spectacular cliff walks and dramatic sunsets. We have six beaches within 15 minutes by car, and offer everything from buckets and spades to wetsuits for guests to borrow.

Children of all ages will enjoy meeting our chickens, ducks, sheep and pigs and are very welcome to help feed them and collect the eggs. Or they can burn off some energy in our undercover sports area, with everything from table tennis to a low-level climbing wall.
