Newhouse Farm Cottages is located in mid-Devon, a short drive from Exmoor National Park to the north and Dartmoor to the south. Built over 300 years ago and once a dairy farm, the Grade II listed stone buildings have been converted into 9 self-catering cottages retaining many original features including wooden trusses, beams and quirky windows.

Elm Barn sleeps 11 guests in 5 bedrooms, private detached barn with Sky TV
The Linhay sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms (fully accessible), private detached barn with Sky TV
Trotters sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms, private detached cottage with Sky TV
Willow and Rowan cottages both sleep 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and have a shared courtyard garden
Beech and Larch cottages both sleep 4 guests in 2 bedrooms and have a shared courtyard garden
Cedar and Oak cottages both sleep 2 guests in 1 bedroom and have a shared courtyard garden

Set in over 30 acres of grounds we have a selection of 1, 2, 3 and 5 bedroom cottages, one of which is fully accessible. All of the cottages are fully equipped for a self-catering holiday and are furnished to a high standard. Some cottages have washing machines, wood burning stoves and Sky TV. Wifi is available throughout.

Our indoor facilities include heated pool with counter-current jets, traditional sauna, games room, toddler soft playroom and The Hayloft, our function room where large groups can eat, meet and party. Outside, guests can explore the fields where an abundance of wildlife can be spotted including our resident barn owl, badgers, deer and hares. There is a children's play area with swings, slides and trampoline as well as a small fishing lake stocked with carp and tench.
