The peaceful Eastdon Estate is nestled away just over a mile from our holiday park, giving you a secluded feel with stunning views of both the Exe Estuary and our private Eastdon Woods. This exclusive area is comprised of the delightful Woodside Cottages, the charming Eastdon House Apartments, and the refurbished barn which forms Stable Cottages. The beauty of these properties is that they allow you the privacy of a coast and country retreat whilst giving you VIP access to our nearby fabulous Holiday Park facilities, which includes an indoor and outdoor pool, fishing lakes, gym and fitness centre, sauna & steam room, restaurant, and country pub. The park itself is either a 5 minute drive, taking you past the quintessential seaside village of Cockwood Harbour; or a 30 minute walk, which offers epic views as you stroll through Eastdon Woods.

You can see why Woodside Cottages are so sought after, each with their own hot tub offering private and intimate views of the surrounding landscape, which include the Exe Estuary, so close you can taste the refreshing coastal breeze. Woodside offers a premium experience for those looking for an extra special escape; Egyptian cotton bedlinen makes it even harder to get out of bed in the morning and a fully-equipped kitchen gives you the option to steam your own mussels – for that authentic Devon experience!

Woodside – Three bedrooms, sleeping six. On the first floor is one bedroom with a double a single bed in one room and a superking bed in the other bedroom. On the ground floor is one single bedroom. This unit has a private patio with a hot tub.

Estuary View – Two bedrooms, sleeping four. One double and one twin. Ground floor accommodation. This unit has a private patio with a hot tub.

The Linney – Two bedrooms, sleeping four. One double and one twin. Ground floor accommodation. This unit has a private patio with a hot tub.

The Stable Cottages offer the same exquisite coast and country feel, and the shared terrace is the perfect place to soak up those famous Devon sunsets whilst drinking up both the Estuary views and a deserved evening aperitif.

Eastdon House is a late eighteenth century Georgian country house which has been converted into five generously proportioned apartments. It’s prominent position gives most apartments incredible views across to Exmouth and out to sea… making it easy to wile away the days counting the sail boats drifting in and out.

Exe View Apartment – Two bedrooms, sleeping four – one double, one twin. Ground floor accommodation with scenic views.

Meadowside Apartment – Two bedrooms, sleeping four – one double, one twin. Ground floor accommodation overlooking sweeping lawns.

Warren View Apartment – Two bedrooms, sleeping four – one double, one twin. First floor accommodation overlooking the Exe Estuary.

Blue Waters Apartment – Three bedrooms, sleeping six – one double, two twins. First floor accommodation overlooking the Exe Estuary.

Parklands Apartment – Three bedrooms, sleeping six – one double, one twin with bathroom on first floor, one twin with shower room on second floor. An interesting property designed out of what was once the servants quarters.

Cofton Cottages are just a stone’s throw from our excellent facilities, but retains the countryside escape feel with pretty views of the historic Cofton Church and camping orchard. Ideally suited for families who want to make the most of the onsite entertainment, dining, and awesome activities which take place at Cofton!

Cockwood – Two bedrooms, sleeping four – two doubles, one on ground floor and one on first floor. Private garden and patio with garden furniture available.

All of our accommodation is fully furnished to a high standard which includes fully equipped kitchens (including microwave, crockery, cutlery, utensils and fridge freezers). Cot and highchairs are provided. Beds and towels will be made up for you prior to arrival. To keep our properties fresh and inviting, smoking is not permitted and pets are not accepted. You’ll receive a freshly prepared welcome hamper comprising of local produce on arrival, and also provided with swimming passes so you can enjoy our wonderful indoor and outdoor swimming pools at your leisure. A car pass for the holiday park will be provided.

Stays between 28th October and 17th December 2016 and you can take advantage of our Winter Warmer Break Discount. 2 Night cottage / apartment breaks start from £149, Hot Tub cottages from £349 for 3 nights.
