Nestling on a peaceful farm in beautiful East Hampshire a convenient holiday base in the South Downs National Park. Walkers will love to explore the local countryside with walks from the door and cyclists can enjoy discovering the quiet country lanes.

Nearby are many places to visit for all ages including the Watercress Line Steam Railway, Jane Austen's Chawton, Gilbert White’s Selborne or in Alice Holt Forest the more daring can ‘Go Ape’ or hire a bike and cycle on the forest trails. Within easy driving distance are National Trust properties together with Winchester, Windsor (Castle & Legoland), the New Forest and Portsmouth. The historic market town of Alton is just 5 miles away with a good selection of shops and takeaways and a mainline station with trains to London Waterloo (1 hour). There are several local golf courses offering pay and play options and a choice of pubs and restaurants serving good food can be found in nearby villages.

This is an idyllic location for discovering Hampshire and the South or to simply relax and enjoy the tranquil surroundings.

The Coach House – sleeps 2
A pretty Victorian cottage providing beautiful first-floor accommodation with lovely views over unspoilt countryside. Comfortably furnished and fully equipped to provide a cosy holiday home for two. Downstairs – entrance hall with utility area, separate drying room, integral garage.
Upstairs – kitchen/diner, spacious lounge, double bedroom, bathroom/WC with over-bath shower.
Facilities include: Electric cooker, Microwave, Fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board, TV, DVD player, radio/cd player. Electricity & central heating are included in the price and all bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided.
The Coach House has a south facing garden with furniture and BBQ.

The Granary – sleeps 6
This 17th Century Grade II listed barn has been lovingly converted to make a spacious and comfortable holiday home for family or friends. It has original exposed beams and is attractively furnished and well equipped. Downstairs – Spacious lounge, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, utility room/WC. Upstairs – Two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom all with en-suite shower room/WC and TV in each room.
Facilities include: Electric cooker, Microwave, Fridge/freezer, Dishwasher, Washer/dryer, iron & ironing board, TV, DVD player, radio/cd player. Electricity & central heating are included in the price and all bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided.
The Granary has a small unfenced garden area with BBQ & picnic bench and enclosed patio with furniture.

Mid-week short break holidays are available out of season for 4 nights starting on a Monday (excluding Christmas, New Year & Easter.) These can be booked in advance except for October and February half-term holidays.
