Two holiday lets sleeping 5 and 16

Sleeps 21: Country house sleeping 16 and cottage sleeping 5 (11 bedrooms and with 5 bathrooms.)

Perfect for coast and country holidays – an impressive country house just 5 miles from the Lincolnshire coast. Boasting a ‘wow factor’ indoor heated swimming pool (think colonnades and statues), tennis courts and a cinema room/bedroom, this beautifully furnished property – along with a charming 3 bedroomed cottage - offers stylish accommodation for up to 21.

Space is not a problem at Northolme. Across the 2 properties there are 3 kitchens, 3 sitting rooms, 11 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms - so you can escape the hurly burly should you wish. The separate cottage in the grounds is ideal for those who might wish for a little more privacy. The dining room seats 22 people, so everyone can gather together for that special celebratory meal. All 3 sitting rooms have Sky TV and coal fires to keep things cosy. Pool, table tennis and air hockey tables are great for Tournament nights.

Children will love the outdoor space - there are 12 acres of grounds to explore. They will discover a large play area with double towers, slides, swings and climbing wall. The fabulous ‘Victorian Mansion’ playhouse might be the cause of many a refusal to return home!

The Hall is situated within a conservation area in Wainfleet All Saints, an ancient market town on the banks of the River Steeping. Once a busy medieval coastal port, enclosure and silt have altered the landscape irrevocably and this pleasant town now sits 5 miles inland. It is home to the famous Batemans Brewery and the highly entertaining brewery tours are popular with many guests.

Skegness with its Blue Flag beach and myriad family attractions and entertainments is just 5 miles down the road. Don’t miss the incredible Gibraltar Point National Nature Reserve – a wild stretch of coastline which is the first point of arrival for thousands of migrating birds every year. Teaming with wildlife, its stark beauty never fails to impress. 15 minutes from the property lies Lincolnshire Wildlife Park – home to the largest collection of tigers in the UK. Travel 7 miles to the north of the Hall and you will reach the gentle beauty of the Lincolnshire Wolds.
