Little Garth is a Grade II listed 19th century cottage situated in the village of Normanby, 4 miles from Kirkbymoorside and 6 miles south of the North Yorkshire Moors and is within easy reach of York and the coast.
There is a garden at the front and an enclosed dog-proof garden at the back with seating area, and ample off road parking for 3 cars.
The cottage sleeps 5 - one room with a king size bed, one with two single beds and one single room. Bathroom with bath and shower and a downstairs cloakroom. The sitting room has an open fire and the cottage has central heating throughout.
The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave oven. Like all traditional cottages, some ceilings and doorways are low so if you are tall, please be careful.

A cot and high chair are available on request.
The village has an excellent pub which serves evening meals and is dog friendly - just five minutes walk from the cottage.
The cottage is available throughout the year and bookings go from Friday 3 pm. on day of arrival to Friday 10a.m. on day of departure.
One dog is welcome and sometimes more by prior arrangement. The cottage is non-smoking.
