Well behaved dogs are welcome-No extra charge for dogs - they even get their own Welcome Bowl !

Our four one bedroom award winning holiday homes have been decorated and furnished to a very high standard, whilst retaining period features where possible.
Two of cottages -The Old Coach House and Sam's Stable are suitable for less mobile guests. Full details are contained within the Cottage's Access statement on our website (

The village pub is a short stroll away, whilst the market town of Bungay offers a good range of shops. Norwich with it's excellent cultural and shopping facilities is 19 miles away.
