The Rocks Beach House is in a stunning location on a private estate in West Sussex and has been cleverly designed to ensure both the inside and outside living areas make the most of the fabulous sea view. So whether you are enjoying an alfresco meal or bubbling away in the hot tub on the decking or dining inside you can do so overlooking the sea view. The beach is at the bottom of the garden and you can walk for miles along the coastal path or short distance to the beach cafe for coffee (breakfast, lunch or afternoon tea).

Ground floor hallway leads into fabulous open plan living area with space to cook, dine and relax. Large patio doors allow you to enjoy the magnificent sea views and provide access to the terrace and spa hot tub overlooking the sea.

The living area has a large flat panel TV with sky ( sports and movie package ) and DVD player.
