The walking in this part of Wales is some of the best in the UK. Maps are provided and guided walks are available for groups. The walk into nearby Llanidloes is along the Glyndwr's Way National Trail, passing through open field and ancient woodland. Llanidloes, just 2 miles away, is known as one of the friendliest towns in Wales and has ranked highly in The Guardian 'best places to live'.

Everyone can sit down to eat together. The main dining area is a large flexible space that can be arranged to seat from 10 - 48 guests. This is the space that can be cleared for yoga.
There are 3 kitchens and further rooms for watching TV, sitting around tables, playing table tennis. There is also a Games room with pool table and a Gym and Sauna. The complimentary Treasure Hunt is always popular.
There are lots of places to sit together outside: 5 terraces to choose from, a covered deck as well as benches placed around the grounds and lake to take advantage of the views.
The former farmyard is now an established garden with lawn, stream and a pond. There are further lawns and a orchard where you will find the campfire. Sticks are provided. The dingle rises behind the barns and has a lovely track running alongside the stream between the trees. Up to 2 pets can be accommodated - please check with owner.
