As well as offering an on site private chef and food delivery to your door, the facilities include a swimming pool, hot tub, gym, zip wire through the orchard, 15 acres of grounds with hens (for eggs in the morning) and friendly kune kune pigs and alpacas.

The 6 cottages, The Mill, The Farmhouse, The Barn, The Calf's House, The Bulls Barn and The Tractor Shed sleep 10, 8, 4, 4, 5 and 2 respectively. Each beautifully appointed cottage has underfloor heating throughout (supplied by the geothermal heating pump), a fully stocked kitchen, generous bedrooms, elegant bathrooms, sumptuous lounges with wood burners, and all furnished luxuriously. Private gardens, seating areas, BBQ's as standard.

The Bulls Barn - Sleeps 4

A secluded hideaway with first class facilities. A secluded hideaway where the sounds of the surf drift up from Polzeath 3/4 mile away. At night the owls are heard in this small piece of heaven. On two floors this one bedroom cottage is amazingly appointed and generously spacious. It boasts a sofa bed and plenty of room for extra beds in the bedroom. It enjoys all the facilities of the Mesmear site.

Family luxury and generous amounts of space for all. Mesmear Farmhouse is the quintessential Cornish Farmhouse. Beautifully appointed with 4 bedrooms and a generous amount of space. As you would expect in the large Farmhouse kitchen there is an Aga and family dining table. It has two amazing sitting rooms. It is surrounded by its own private gardens, stream and trampoline. Incredibly peaceful with access to all the facilities that Mesmear offers.

We have all the normal extras pool, hot tub, games room, gym, alpacas, pigs, hens, incredible zip wire. Special arrangements with a a sister company Wavehunters for surfing and boat trips and a caterer and food can be organised.

Vicki is always on hand to offer any assistance necessary, and are just at the end of the internal phone should they be needed. Their relaxed yet efficient and attentive attitude will ensure a relaxing stay.
