Westfield Granary is located just half a mile out of the village of Sherburn surrounded by our farm land adjacent to our family house. It is suited to those wishing to explore the outdoor space or party into the early hours without disturbing anyone.
The newly refurbished spacious open plan kitchen with centre island leads out onto a private landscaped garden with 2 hot tubs, a patio with outdoor seating and a barbecue. There is also a well equipped games room with darts, table tennis and pool table.
The dining room seats 12-14 and the cosy living room has a log burner with a plentiful supply of fuel.

The village of Sherburn has 2 convenience stores, a fish and chip shop and there is a local butchers and farm shop just out of the village. Westfield is only a 20 minute drive away from the coast including Scarborough and Filey or a 20 minute drive inland to Malton. Dalby Forest is a close attraction ideal for a group day out.

Both child friendly and great for parties, this wonderful property has two hot tubs and a well-equipped games room, with TV, table tennis, pool and darts, and wood-burning stove. Plenty of outdoor space, with a swing-set, slides, monkey bars, and football goalposts. The Granary backs onto paddock and farmland so there’s also plenty of wildlife and animals for youngsters to see.
