A beautiful sight on the outside, the interior lives up to the expectations created from its powerful, charming Menorcan exterior, with only the finest quality furniture adorning its many spacious, airy rooms. Within the living area there is a set of comfortable sofas, matching glass tables and a stylish drinks cabinet.  The kitchen is furnished with fabulous inbuilt cabinets, with a smooth granite worktop and induction hob. From a coffee maker to a juicer, all your needs will be met by this perfectly equipped kitchen.

Able to accommodate up to six people, two of the stunning bedrooms are located on this ground floor, with one, the master bedroom, occupying the entire first-floor of the property. Each features tasteful decorations and lovely fitted wardrobes, with two enjoying exterior doors. There are also three fine, marble bathrooms, two on the ground-floor and one ensuite to the first-floor master bedroom.

The living area opens up into the garden area – a beautiful array of seating, relaxing and pool areas, both covered and uncovered, to give you the ultimate choice in how to enjoy the fine Menorcan weather! The spacious terrace offers a range of comfortable seating options, while you could also opt to lay back by the pool on the extra comfortable sun loungers and soak up the sun, dipping in and out of the pool to stay cool!

You’re near enough to walk to the local town on a hazy afternoon, and indeed can enjoy sea views from the comfort of the villa!

The Balearic island of Menorca is the quieter, unspoilt version of its big sisters Majorca and Ibiza.

While it is partly known for its traditional summer fiestas, which take place in different towns around the island all summer long (with origins dating back to the 14th century!) it’s really the place for those who enjoy a calmer, slower pace of life.

Aside from its traditional fiestas, Menorca is better visited for its white-sand bays such as Pregonda and Cala Macarella, clear, turquoise water and more gentle activities like walking, cycling or horse-riding. With a coastline punctuated by beautiful coves and a landscape awarded the unesco Biosphere Reserve status, strewn with ancient stone monuments and an estimated 70,000km of dry-stone walls, this is an island for the nature lovers, and anyone looking for a little rest and relaxation.

Within the south-east corner of Menorca, this fabulous villa is in the perfect location to explore the stunning Balearic island, with innumerable beaches and coves surrounding the nearby areas of Binidali and Punta Prima, and the capital town of Mahon just a 15-minute drive away. Mahon makes for a beautiful day of strolling, with many narrow pedestrianised streets and historical sites to visit, as well as plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants.
