Casa Tranquila is a whitewashed villa designed for outdoor living, with wide terraces and panoramic sea views. Set above Cala San Vicente, the property enjoys a striking vantage point where the mountains meet the Mediterranean. The kidney-shaped private swimming pool sits just below the main terrace, providing a peaceful spot for long days in the sun, while several lookout points around the grounds offer uninterrupted views across the coastline and out to sea.

Inside, the villa accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms, all with air conditioning. The entrance opens to a hallway leading to a small bunk-bed room, a twin bedroom and the master bedroom, along with a family shower room and a bathroom. The well-equipped kitchen includes a walk-in pantry and access to a side terrace. The L-shaped lounge and dining area is furnished in neutral tones of cream and brown, with two seating areas including a TV space, and large glass doors opening onto the covered terrace.

The covered terrace is arranged for outdoor dining with a glass table and chairs, creating a natural extension of the living space. Steps lead down to the pool, while pathways around the villa connect the different terraces. Two lookout points provide different perspectives - one with sweeping 180º views of the mountains and sea, and another with bench seating where you can watch small sailing boats passing along the coast.

Casa Tranquila sits above Cala Sant Vicent on Mallorca’s north coast, a small resort known for its clear waters and dramatic setting between the sea and the Tramuntana mountains. The area is centred around a series of small coves - Cala Molins, Cala Barques, Cala Clara and Cala Carbó - where rocky cliffs frame the shoreline and the water is known for its clarity. Despite its natural setting, the village offers a handful of restaurants, cafés and small shops, making it easy to enjoy relaxed beach days without travelling far.

Just a short drive away, Port de Pollença provides a livelier coastal atmosphere with a marina, long sandy beaches and a waterfront promenade. The town is well known for its seafront walks and wide choice of restaurants and cafés along the bay, making it a popular place for evening dining or a stroll along the water.

Inland, the historic town of Pollença offers a different side of northern Mallorca. With its traditional streets, central square and long cultural history that has attracted writers and artists, it’s a great place to explore local shops, cafés and markets before heading back towards the coast.
